These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MeteorAR.com and services provided by Meteor Appliance Repair, LLC (“Meteor Appliance Repair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Website and Services
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Website information is general and may be updated without notice.
2. Appointments and Property Access
You agree to provide accurate contact and service-location information and reasonable access to the appliance at the scheduled time. Appointment windows and arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, prior appointments, parts availability, safety conditions, or other circumstances.
3. Diagnostics, Estimates and Authorization
Estimates are based on the information available during diagnosis. Additional faults or repairs may become apparent after disassembly or testing. We will request authorization before performing additional chargeable work. An estimate is not a guarantee that a unit can be repaired.
4. Parts and Repair Timing
Part availability and delivery dates are outside our complete control. Special-order parts may be subject to supplier restrictions or return charges. Any applicable terms will be stated on the estimate or invoice.
5. Payment
Payment is due as stated on the estimate or invoice. Applicable taxes, diagnostic charges, service fees, deposits and approved repair charges may be included. Returned or disputed payments may be subject to lawful collection costs.
6. Limited Warranty
Any parts or labor warranty is limited to the period and conditions shown on the applicable invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a warranty does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, improper installation or repair by others, external power or plumbing conditions, pest damage, cosmetic issues, or normal wear.
7. Calls, Email and SMS Communications
When you provide contact information and consent to communications, Meteor Appliance Repair may contact you about your service request by phone, email, or text message. Messages may include appointment confirmations, technician updates, estimates, invoices, payment links and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
8. Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation and dispute resolution when notice and consent required by applicable law are provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meteor Appliance Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Refusal or Termination of Service
We may refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, abuse or threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment, inaccessible equipment, or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
